Cyclones forfeit football win to Hornets

A 41-0 homecoming victory for the Southeast Cyclones over Pine Bluffs on Sept. 21 has been vacated by the Cyclones.

The Wyoming High School Activities Association announced that Southeast used an ineligible student in the game.

As a result, the Cyclones forfeit the game, and Pine Bluffs is credited with the win.

The loss now drops the Southeast to fourth-place in the East Conference standings at 1-3.

Southeast hosts the Natrona County sophomores at 1 p.m. Saturday.
