TORRINGTON – Back in 2001, the Cottonwood Cup was formed by then Cottonwood golf professional Ed Fulmer. It was designed to emulate the Ryder Cup for members of the Cottonwood Country Club.
The 11th annual Cottonwood Cup will take place Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday each team will play 36 holes. The first 18 will consist of best ball, while the second 18 will be alternate shot. Sunday will feature individual match play.
