‘Blazing a Trail’ reading program returns

TORRINGTON – A successful reading program comes back starting on Monday.

“Blazing A Trail For Reading” is a reading program for all students at Lincoln Elementary and Valley Christian School in which students receive rewards based on the amount of time they spend reading.
