Southeast's unbeaten streak snapped

Southeast Lady Cyclones’ Hailie Pragnell (14) and Laurel Luke (16) go up for a block in the 3-0 loss to Mitchell, Neb., on Tuesday in Yoder. Pragnell recorded two blocks.

YODER – The Southeast Lady Cyclones’ 15-game winning streak came to an abrupt end last night as the Mitchell (Neb.) Tigers defeated the Lady Cyclones 3-0 (25-18, 25-14, 25-20).

The Lady Cyclones only led four times in the match.

Southeast scored the first point of the match before Mitchell scored the next four. The Lady Cyclones regained the lead briefly at 9-8. Mitchell went on a 12-4 scoring run to pull away from Southeast.
