TORRINGTON – Goshen County Republican Party Chairman Doug Chamberlain said the pool of candidates going after former Goshen County Commissioner Ross Newman’s seat is “outstanding.”
That might be so in the eyes of the about 45 attendees at Monday night’s candidate forum at Eastern Wyoming College, but in the end, 16 candidates will have to be narrowed down to one.
