Local resident gets GED diploma

TORRINGTON – April Waite, 22, of Torrington, graduated with her General Education Development diploma on Aug. 16 at Wyoming Family Literacy.

Waite attended GED classes and parent enrichment classes, while her daughter, Nevaeh, 8 months, participated in the Early Childhood program.
