Bar Nunn man pleads guilty to falsifying bill of sale

TORRINGTON – A Bar Nunn man pleaded guilty to a felony count of forgery on Sept. 6 in Goshen County District Court.

In exchange for Steven D. Willadsen’s guilty plea, a second count of forgery by falsifying, altering or counterfeiting a document was dismissed. This charge carried a maximum sentence of two years imprisonment and a $5,000 fine.
