Local officers undergo crisis training

TORRINGTON – It was all about identifying problem areas before they grow.

Lingle Police Chief Endra Moen and Fort Laramie Police Chief Laura Knollman were among recent participants in Crisis Intervention Training, which was held Sept. 10 through 14. Five students graduated from the program on Friday.
