State Division I Water superintendent retires

TORRINGTON – Randy Tullis, Division I Water superintendent, retired Wednesday after 26 years of dedicated service to the state of Wyoming.

He served as superintendent for 14 years. The Division I superintendent is based in Torrington and oversees water administration in the North Platte, Niobrara, Laramie, Little Snake, Medicine Bow and Sweet Water rivers and all tributaries within each respective drainage.
