Council handles grant work for railroad quiet zones, third entrance to fairgrounds

TORRINGTON – Railroad quiet zones and two other projects took another step forward Tuesday night.

The Torrington City Council approved a joint resolution between the Goshen County Commission and the city for three applications for consensus block grant funding.
