TORRINGTON – Visibly and invisibly, the Eastern Wyoming College campus has a more modern look and feel for the new school year.
The summer months are lower than the fall and spring in terms of student traffic, but it’s then when construction hits full swing. Bob Cox, EWC vice president for finance and administrative services, said the college wrapped up several projects carried over from last year as well as at least half of the new major maintenance and capital construction projects planned in the 2011-12 academic year.
