TPD assists in arrest

TORRINGTON – An Indiana man who allegedly stole a car from the area was arrested late last month with the help of the Torrington Police Department.

According to Police Chief Billy Janes, the TPD received a report of a vehicle stolen in the department’s jurisdiction and took action to advise other departments. Laramie County law enforcement officials arrested 50-year-old Theodore Bola, of Demmote, Ind., in the Cheyenne area on charges of possession of stolen property and DWUI.
