Board members hopeful about ‘Y’

TORRINGTON – It seems things are looking up for the creation of a recreation facility in Goshen County.

Pinnacle Bank President Todd Peterson, member of a joint powers board in charge of the rec facility’s creation, expressed confidence in the project’s progress to the Platte Valley Young Professionals Network on July 12 at Pineapple Grill.
