Vehicle break-ins up in June

TORRINGTON – During the first week of June, Torrington residents began to report that their personal belongings were being stolen from their cars. This pattern continued throughout the month and into July.

“There have been 10 to 15 vehicle and garage burglaries,” said Det. Lt. Doug Weeks of the Torrington Police Department.
