Torrington woman faces burglary charge

TORRINGTON – Torrington police officers arrested a Torrington woman on burglary charges following a two-week investigation.

Robin Marie Courtney, 52, was booked into Goshen County Detention Center on one count of burglary. According to Det. Lt. Doug Weeks of the Torrington Police Department, police caught Courtney on tape allegedly breaking into apartments in the 2200 block of East B Street and taking such prescription medication as hydrocodone. Weeks did not disclose the amount Courtney allegedly took.
