TORRINGTON – It’s a work of art named after a popular sports phrase, but it means much more than “Play Ball.”
Members of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, Arts Council and Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources held a press conference June 21 to celebrate the new Art in Public Buildings piece at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution.
