Motor trouble ends trip to Alaska

TORRINGTON – A bad oil leak derailed plans for Tom Davis to drive his 1930 Model A Ford from Torrington to his home in Anchorage, Alaska.

Tom and his friend, Ken Smith, also of Anchorage, made plans to share driving duties on the 3,100-mile trek.
