Wise bids farewell to police force

TORRINGTON – After 26 years of loyal and reliable service, Torrington Assistant Police Chief Brian Wise has hung up his uniform and boxed up his badge.

A retirement party was held June 14 in his honor at the Torrington Police Department. Wise served as assistant police chief for eight years.
