Photo/ Allen Thayer - More than 80 people took part in a candlelight vigil Wednesday night at City Park in Torrington in memory of Torrington High School graduate Johrdan Jaymes Stone, 18, who died in a traffic accident near Henry, Neb., on June 20, 2011. Meagan Scheer, left, Shelby Anderson, Michaela Rockwell, Brady Coe, Stacia Gulley and Jessica Stapleton were among friends and family members in attendance. They also honored the memory of the third anniversary of the deaths of Jimmy Scheer and Kolten Aberle on that same date in 2009 in an automobile accident. Anderson read a poem which said in part “We miss you dearly and we miss you lots.”
