Lingle Church marks year-long celebration of 100th anniversary

LINGLE – During the past eight months, the Lingle Community Presbyterian Church congregation celebrated its 100th anniversary as a church. The celebration draws to a close this coming weekend.

The Centennial Weekend starts with a men’s outdoor fellowship breakfast at the crosses at 7:30 a.m., followed by a dessert fellowship with former pastors, members and friends of the congregation from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday’s festivities wrap up with a talent evening and hymn sign at 7 p.m.
