Blazers fend off Cardinals

TORRINGTON – On Saturday, the Torrington Blazers completed the season sweep of Chadron, Neb., defeating the Cardinals, 56-51.

The Blazers quickly jumped on the Cardinals with a 15-0 run over the first four and a half minutes, but the Cardinals responded with an 11-2 run of their own to end the first half.
