TORRINGTON – Last Friday, the Wyoming High School Activities Association announced its postseason awards. Sixteen area players were honored with all-conference selections, while 10 were voted to the all-state team.
Despite finishing the season winless, the Torrington Trailblazers had three players on the Class 3A East all-conference list and one all-stater. Caden Coffelt, Blake Wisroth and Nick Prusia earned all-conference, while Prusia added all-state honors.
The Lingle-Fort Laramie Doggers leading rushers also led the team in postseason awards. Lane and Wyatt Hageman earned all-state and all-conference awards, while David Englebrecht, Justin Krien and Ian Duncan were voted all-conference.
With no surprise, the Southeast Cyclones brought home the most postseason awards.
