TORRINGTON – The driver in the fatal vehicle accident near the Wyoming-Nebraska stateline on Wyoming Highway 92 that resulted in the death of two Scottsbluff, Neb. women was arrested Monday night and formally charged with four felonies at an arraignment Tuesday morning.
Ethan Kaufman, 22, faces two counts of aggravated homicide by vehicle and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and causing serious bodily injury for the deaths of 19-year-old Hallie Anderson and 18-year-old Alexis Wheeler, both of Scottsbluff.
