TORRINGTON – If Jessica Carlson was a quarterback in the NFL, she would be headed for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Carlson has been competing at the National Western Stock Show for the last 15 years in the sheep lead competition and has won it three times, the first time in 2004, and then again in 2012 and 2013.
