Riders take advantage of Torrington facilities

TORRINGTON – Thanks to the efforts of a fairly new Torrington organization, the Platte Valley Riders (PVR), horse lovers in the area enjoy more opportunities to ride, train and compete with their mounts than found in most Wyoming communities.

Using the Goshen County Fairgrounds as their clubhouse and base of operations, PVR has provided hours of sheltered riding time for members and non-members during the week and plenty of friendly competition during weekend gymkhana events.
