Council approves grant applications

TORRINGTON – It’s up to the State Land and Investment Board (SLIB) now.

The Torrington City Council approved a joint resolution with the Goshen County Commissioners for eight applications for the SLIB’s consideration for Countywide Consensus grant funding.
