The Torrington High School Blazer boys' soccer team netted a 6-1 victory against conference opponent Buffalo Saturday in Torrington.
The Blazers battled back from an early 1-0 lead by Buffalo to dominate the remainder of the first half and establish a 3-1 lead at halftime.
Maintaining their momentum into the second half, Torrington outscored Buffalo, 3-0, to secure the win.
Junior Skyler Thomas led the Blazers in scoring with three goals. Junior Elijah Hatch shot in two goals with sophomore Beaux Shimic rounding scoring out with a goal in the second half.
Sophomore Anthony Arnusch connected two assists and junior goalie Ayden Shimic posted 12 saves.
